Strategy development
We often hear from companies that they do not have a strategic plan or they had plans for developing one but either time ran out for them for them or else they decided that events happened so quickly that this did not make sense. We believe this is wrong. 
Companies that have a clear and defined strategy for what they want with the company, how it should operate in the market and how it must continually adapt to the current market, has a much greater success for good results on the bottom line and hence the company's survival ability depends on this, both short and long term.
 
Strategy development is unfortunately not a formula, which can dragged out of a hat, like a magician pick out a white rabbit. This is a lengthy process where it is important to understanding the company's operations, marked situation and future goals.
 
A typical scenario would look at this:
 
  1. Conversation with the company regarding the strategic objectives and considerations we have incorporate, so that the process itself can be determined.
  2. Workshop about the company and its business, market, etc. (basic info).
  3. Determination of situation status.
  4. Analysis of enterprise and marked, competitors, etc.
  5. Identification of strategic objectives.
  6. Conversation on strategic objectives.
  7. Develop a Strategic plan.
  8. Review past meetings and approval of strategic plan.
  9. Preparation of Action Plan.
10. Review past meetings and approval of action plan.
11. Talks / meetings with the company about implementing the Strategy Plan and Action Plan.
12. Introduction of necessary skills or training of existing employee.
13. Deployment.
14.   Continuous monitoring and adjustment of the action plan and implementation process.
 
The process of adding the company a viable strategy typically take about 1-3 months.
